ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both side counsel are present and submitted that compromise has been arrived between the petitioners and the respondent to settle the issue in O.S. No.2293 of 2017 pending on the file of XVII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. Accordingly, a memo of compromise has been filed before this Court to that effect for recording the same.

2. In view of the above, the memo of compromise is recorded. Registry is directed to keep the same as part and parcel of this order.

3. In view of the memo of compromise, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
