Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent pertaining to the order made in Memo No.1345/2014/BDFGISSV/2014 dated 23.9.2014 is detaining the detenu under 2(F) of Tamil Nadu Act of 1982 as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Sathish son of Jayapal aged about 24 years who is detained at the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai - 600 066 before this Court and set him at liberty.
