ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1424 of 2014, pending on the file of the 3rd respondent Inspector of Police, Siva Kanchi Police Station, Kancheepuram District to the file of the 5th respondent viz., Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram District, Kancheepuram or any other police station situated at Kancheepuram Town.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that the respondent Police have completed the investigation in Crime No.1424 of 2014 and they have filed the final report before the concerned Magistrate viz., Judicial Magistrate-I, Kancheepuram. Under such circumstances, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate by filing a protest application.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
