ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the 3rd respondent from registering the new amended list of members and office bearers of the 4th respondent association considering petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the registration of new amended list of members and office bearers of the 4th respondent's association in the manner known to law.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and with the above direction, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
