ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.06.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.70/2016 before the respondent police.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under due intimation to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
