2.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, in the interest of justice, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to amendment the name of the first respondent in the cause title within a period of two weeks. Post the matter after two weeks.
