ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of order and direction issued in W.P.No.32800 of 2015, dated 19.11.2015.

2.Pursuant to the order and direction issued in the Writ Petition, the Tahsildar has conducted an enquiry and submitted a report to the learned Special Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Pleader, dated 01.10.2016, copy of which has been produced

to them, from which it is seen that already the property has been measured and a report has to be furnished to the petitioner to enable him to receive compensation. According to the measurements on ground, the extent is 233.4sq.mt. Therefore, the respondent is directed to issue necessary certificate to the said effect along with sketch, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This will be received by the petitioner without prejudice to his rights to claim the total extent of 268 sq.mt., since it is alleged that one neighbouring land owner has encroached.

The Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
