ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC, in Crime No.26 of 2021, is before this Court for second attempt.

2. The case of the prosecution reveals that one Bharanidharan to meet out his lavish life spend money with girl friend has involved in house breaking and theft of jewels from the house.

3. On 18.01.2021, the said Bharanidharan was arrested and based on his confession statement some of the stolen articles were recovered and some of the articles are still with this petitioner and this petitioner is absconding.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) opposed for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, since the investigation of the stolen articles are in possession and the grant of anticipatory bail given may lead to steal the stolen property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
