O R D E R

The petitioner was appointed as Technical Assistant on 1.6.1996 on daily wage basis. The petitioner has completed 17 years of service. The petitioner made a request to the respondents to regularize his service taking into account the period of total service. The second respondent recommended the case of the petitioner to the first respondent for regularization vide proceedings dated 3.12.2008. However, follow up action was not taken by the first respondent. The petitioner submitted a representation on 22.01.2014 requesting the first respondent to regularize his service. Even then, nothing was heard. The petitioner is therefore before this Court.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 22.01.2014 in the light of the proposal made by the second respondent dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.12.2008. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
