Crl.M.P.No.4744 of 2024 in Crl.RC.SR.No.14203 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI, J, This petition is filed to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the above Criminal Revision.

2. Mr.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 & 2 & Mr.P.Saravana Sowmiyan, learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 to 10, 12 & 13 has no objection to this petition being allowed.

3. Though notice was served on the 11th Respondent and her name printed in the causelist, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the 11th respondent today.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
