Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 CrPC., to modify the condition that (1) The petitioner/accused shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month towards maintenance to the de-facto complainant within 10th day of every English Calendar month without fail. (2) The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- at once towards cost of mediation at the Mediation Centre, District Court Campus, Tiruvannamalai vide order dated 04.03.2024 in Crl.M.P.No. 524 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai. ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner/accused submits that the Court below granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused by imposing certain conditions in Crl.M.P.No. 524 of 2024, dated 04.03.2024 and therefore, he seeks modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai.

2. After hearing both sides, this Court directs the petitioner/accused shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) towards maintenance to the de-facto complainant from March, 2024.

3. In all other respects, the order dated 04.03.2024 shall remain unaltered.
