Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the second respondent to produce the minor girl G.Kavitha aged about 17 years D/o.Gnanaprakasam before this Court from the custody of the 3rd respondent and hand over to the petitioner.

O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by M. M.SUNDRESH,J.,) The petitioner is the father of the detenue. Today, the petitioner and detenue namely G.Kavitha are present before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue has stated that she is not in the illegal custody of anybody. After much persuasion, it is agreed by the detenue and the father of the friend of detenue that the detenue would live with her grandmother.
