There is no representation for the respondent even today. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in pursuant to the warranted issued by this Court, the Advocate Commissioner had seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant. He further submitted that the award has also been passed n this matter.

2. Considering the fact that the respondent has not chosen to contest this matter and on the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondent is absent continuously on two occasions, this Court is left with no other option except to close the application. Accordingly, this application is closed subject to the following condition:

The vehicle shall not be alienated or altered or encumbered without further orders from this Court or the Arbitrator or until the completion of the Arbitration Proceedings and if award is passed, the applicant shall be at liberty to proceed as per law. The Arbitration proceedings, if not already initiated, should be initiated within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
