The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records pertaining to the C.C.No.278 of 2015 pending before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Vellur District and quash the same.

2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant and the petitioners, have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise. The second respondent has filed a consent affidavit dated 22.08.2017. As per the consent affidavit, the second respondent is ready and willing to withdraw the case but the offence section involved is non-compoundable in nature. Hence, he prayed this court to quash the present petition.

3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioners 1 to 3 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

have submitted the photo copies of their respective Identities viz., 1.V.Iniyavan @ Ramachandran - 478907745575; 2.K.Pichai944681664066 and 3.P.Karthik - 997900939095 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. The defacto complainant as well as the petitioners are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. It is submitted by the defacto complainant that he has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the proceedings in C.C.No.278 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Vellur District, is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
