ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, as against the fair and decreetal order made in I.A.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.117 of 2020 on the file of learned VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, dated 22.01.2021.

2. When this matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the parties have entered into compromise and filed a Joint Memo of Compromise. The earlier order of this Court dated 29.04.2021, reads that the case was referred to mediation. The Mediation ended successfully and the parties have compromised the issues between them. In view of the compromise arrived between them, this Court is of the view that no order has to be passed in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed and Joint Memo of Compromise, would form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.08.2021 Pns Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No 2/4
