ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction to direct the first respondent to look out circular notice on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR has been registered in Cr.No.258 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 143, 447, 341, 294(b), 384, 506(ii) of IPC as against the accused persons. He further submitted that the accused person filed Anticipatory Bail before this Court and obtained Anticipatory Bail. Thereafter, they did not execute any sureties as directed by this Hon'ble Court. Even then, the second respondent did not take any steps to arrest the accused person and also did not take any steps to bring the accused person from abroad.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent, at this stage cannot be directed to issue look out circular notice to bring the accused person from abroad. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.258 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2019 and file the investigation report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
