Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.40 of 2014 pending on his file, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that a case in Crime No.40 of 2014 has been registered by the second respondent Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
