O.A.No.266 of 2019 and A.Nos.2060 & 2061 of 2019 in C.S.No.194 of 2019 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J O.A.No.266 of 2019 and A.Nos.2060 & 2061 of 2019 in C.S.No.194 of 2019 are pending from 2019 onwards.

Being a commercial suit, no useful purpose will be served if these applications are allowed to be kept pending. Since under the Commercial Courts Act, strict time lines are fixed for disposal of the main suit, it is necessary to close the aforementioned applications.

2. Accordingly, O.A.No.266 of 2019 and A.Nos.2060 & 2061 of 2019 in C.S.No.194 of 2019 are closed.

3. Registry is directed to submit a report on the next hearing date with regard to the service of suit summons on all the defendants and also submit a report as to which defendants have already filed the written submissions.
