O.P.No.745 of 2017 and A.No.1178 of 2019 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., As per direction of this court, dated 04.03.2019, the sale deed for the remaining 20 cents of land has also been executed in the presence of the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner has filed a report including the copies of the correspondence as well as sale deed executed on 18.03.2019.

2.In view of the execution of the sale deed in respect of entire lands, the Original Petition is disposed of recording the same. 3.The Advocate Commissioner has been paid with a sum of Rs.30,000/- as initial remuneration. Considering the enormous time involved in the work and the efforts taken by the Advocate Commissioner, the Trust is directed to pay a further sum of Rs.2,70,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner.
