ORDER
Seeking a direction to the first respondent police to take legal action against the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein after registering the case in accordance with law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 27.06.2015 vide C.S.R.No.171 of 2015 dated 27.06.2015 pending on his file, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police.
3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.171 of 2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
