Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Declaration, declaring the planning permission vide planning permit No.PPA/WDCNO5/07434/2014 dated 16.02.2015 issued by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent based on the application dated 08.11.2014 of the second respondent as "Null and Void" and non-est in law and forbear the second respondent, his men, servants or agents from demolition and reconstruction of premises bearing the then Old Door No.15, Old No.59, New No.34, Block No.91, Malayaperumal Street, George Town, Chennai - 600 001, based on planning permit No. PPA/WDCNO5/07434/2014 dated 16.02.2015 except in accordance with law.
