ORDER

(Order of the Court was made SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 17.06.2014 passed by this Court in W.P. No.21110 of 2013 has not been complied with by the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Pursuant to the notice ordered by this Court on 23.01.2015, the respondent has filed an affidavit dated 30.01.2015 stating as under:

"4.

It is humbly submitted that after issuing notice and affording reasonable time, the respondent herein on 06.11.2014 with the help of police people removed the six encroachment. The encroacher in Item Number (two) T.S. Karthikeyan herein has objected and stated that he filed O.S. No.577/2014 before the District Munsif Court at Erode restraining the respondents herein from disturbing his possession in S.No.101/4 and obtained interim order on 19.12.2014 which is still in force. The respondents taking necessary steps to vacate the interim order herein."

In view of the foregoing, we are of the view that the order dated 17.06.2014 passed by this Court in W.P. No.21110 of 2013 stands complied with. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
