ORDER
These criminal original petitions have been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime Nos.839 & 843 of 2022, dated 30.12.2022, pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to some other agency. 2/4
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation has been completed in both the crime numbers and the draft final report is also ready and the same will be filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of four weeks.
3.In the light of the above development, there is no question of transfering the investigation at this stage. After the filing of the final report, if the petitioner is not satisfied, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
