ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.74 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, the petitioner is alleged to have threatened the de facto complainant with dire consequences.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any such offence and a false case has been foisted against him.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is alleged to have threatened the de facto complainant with dire consequences. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the serious nature of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
