The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to consider the representations dated 31.12.2020 and 27.01.2022 made by the Petitioners for grant of study leave.

It has been brought to notice in the Counter-Affidavit dated 30.08.2022 filed by the First Respondent that the representations dated 31.12.2020 and 27.01.2022 made by the Petitioners have been disposed by Government Letter No. 3456/AA2/2022-1&2, Health and Family Welfare (AA2) Department dated 11.05.2022 and that another Writ Petition in W.P. No. 24061 of 2022 has been filed challenging the said order. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
