ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to not to harass this petitioner and direct to do enquiry with due process of law.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner is unnecessarily harassed by the respondent in connection with the enquiry against his brother and therefore this petition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that one Nirmala Girija gave a complaint against petitioner's brother Narayanan alleging that the jewels pledged by Nirmala Girija was not returned by Narayanan. After enquiry, that complaint was closed and therefore, this petitioner is not required for any enquiry in connection with the petition or FIR.

4. In the light of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that this petitioner is not required for any enquiry in connection with the petition or FIR, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
