ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 98 days in preferring the present criminal revision in Crl.RC.SR.No.9017 of 2025 against the order dated 06.08.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District passed in Crl.M.P.No.4524 of 2024 in Crime No.325 of 2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit and in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the delay is condoned.

3. Since this Court is inclined to take up the revision simultaneously, Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order.
