Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2019, for the grant of Mini Bus-Stage Carriage Permit on the route from Jonabanda to Alasanatham (via) Kaarapalli, Somanathapuram, Sudhachanderam, Sanachandeeram, Bagalur X Road, N.G.O.Colony and Vinayakapuram, based on the application form submitted on 06.01.2006.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.11.2019 and for grant of stage carrier permit to the Mini bus belonging to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.K.Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. K.Parameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 04.11.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent along with a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed with above direction. No costs.
