This Petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 5th respondent namey Padma W/o.Subramani and rank them as respondents 7 to 9 and record the 1st respondent Viz., Munniammal as the legal heirs of the deceased 5th respondent viz., Padma in S.A.NO.733 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable by 13.06.2025.

5. Post the case on 13.06.2025.
