This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.16 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.8, Coimbatore, insofar as this petitioner is concerned and quash the same.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the charges have already been framed and the case is now at the stage of examination of LW.1 and LW.3.

In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage and there shall be a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.16 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
