a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2023 and consequently, direct the respondent to take action against these issues like irregular road facility, improper drinking water facility in my village. For Petitioner :

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.Prabhakar states that as regards the various grievances raised in the representation dated 21.11.2023, respondents have addressed major part of grievances. Mr.Prabakar states that the petitioner can approach the District Collector with the list of grievances and the District Collector would take immediate action.
