This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the above criminal revision case against the Crl.MP.No.41520 of 2023 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 7 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
