The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the Sub Court, Bhavani to dispose of the HMOP No.73 of 2022 within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to dispose the revision petition even without notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioner herein filed a H.M.O.P. No.73 of 2022 seeking divorce. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would suggest the counter was filed as early as on 27.07.2023 and this matter was referred to the Mediation and the matter is pending for the past 6 months for mediation report without any further progress. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Bhavani to dispose of the H.M.O.P. No.73 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
