3. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.1 of 2014 has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.5565 of 2015 before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.
