ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondent for not complying with the order dated 20.10.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 26220 of 2017, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2. Today when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced the order of the District Educational Officer, Tiruvallur District, in Na.Ka.No.6406/A4/2017, dated 08.03.2018. According to her, as per the said proceedings of the District Educational Officer, the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Placing on record the above said proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6406/A4/2017, dated 08.03.2018, this Contempt Petition is closed.
