ORDER

The fifth respondent/Senior Manager of Syndicate Bank, Mylapore Branch, Chennai, has filed an affidavit, stating that they have vacated the premises as per the undertaking given by this Court, and handed over vacant possession within the time limit, and they have shifted the Banking operation to the new premises on 23.10.2015.

In the light of the aforesaid affidavit filed by the fifth respondent/Bank, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
