The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent, workman Mr.R.Kannan made a submission that pursuant to the orders passed in W.P.No.11908 of 2012 dated 05.07.2012. 2.The case of the second respondent was considered and he was already permanently absorbed in the writ petitioner Board. In this regard, the Superintending Engineer, Electricity Distribution Circle, Namakkal issued an absorption order in proceedings dated 08.09.2014.

3.In view of the permanent absorption of the workman in the respondent Board, no further adjudication needs to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this Writ Petition.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
