Kandhaiah v. Solairaj

C . M.P.No.10975 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.SR.35156 of 2019 S.RAMATHILAGAM.J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 235 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 235 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand rejected automatically, without further reference to this Court. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period.
