O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR sequel to the complaint dated 30.6.2015 of the petitioner and initiate appropriate action based on the complaint in the manner known to law within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner may be directed to make a fresh complaint on which the respondent will take appropriate action.

In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh complaint before the respondent police and on such complaint being made, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. The Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above directions.
