ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the building plan permission, if available, for the property which the petitioner claims that she is the owner and more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that she is a senior citizen and is not keeping in good health. The petitioner apprehends that the respondent may lock and seal the petitioner's premises if she does not produce the building plan permission. In such circumstances, the petitioner had given a representation on 27.10.2025 to the respondent requesting the respondent to furnish a copy of the building plan permission, if the same is available. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

If the respondent, on verification, finds that there is no building plan permission for the property of the petitioner, the same can be intimated to the petitioner in the final order.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025 seeking for a copy of the building plan permission for the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, if the same is available, within a period of four
