The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.26293 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that both the parties were called for an enquiry and that an undertaking was also given by the 3rd respondent in the Writ Petition that he will not interfere with the affairs of the petitioner firm. The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed this fact. Relevant materials were also placed before this Court.
