When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.122 of 2016 has been completed and closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Virudachalam and the Judicial Magistrate-II, Virudachalam has issued notice to the de facto complainant for his appearance on 04.08.2016. Recording the same, these petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
