O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to to punish the respondent for his act of Contempt of Court for his willful violation and

disobedience of the order dated 10.11.2023 passed in W.P. No. 2180 of 2020 by this Court.

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that in compliance of the order dated 10.11.2023 passed in W.P. No. 2180 of 2020 and confirmed in W.A. No. 2004 of 2024, the respondent has issued warning letter to the petitioner and thereby, restoring the annual increments that have already been stopped in view of the earlier punishment in force. As annual increments have been sanctioned, nothing survives for consideration.

As the order has been complied, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
