ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 04.08.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15293 of 2021, thereby restraining the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.987 of 2017 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.987 of 2017 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore on 23.04.2024. 3.
