This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records in P.R.C. No.5 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Mettur and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission, to withdraw this petition, with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court and has made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn to raise all the points before the Trial Court.
