Heard Mr. T.S.Vijaya Raghavan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.Ravichandran, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Order in Se. Mu. Na. Ka. No. 4645/2023/A1 dated 27.02.2024 passed by the First Respondent suspending the services of the Petitioner.

It is informed by Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the enquiry on the charges against the Petitioner is under consideration. In the meanwhile, the appointment of the Fit Person for the Temple has been reviewed suo motu by order dated 22.03.2024 in M.P. No. 1 of 2024 passed by the First Respondent and its copy has been placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum 2/4

in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
