When the matter was taken up on 03.03.2022, this Court passed the following order.
"The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submitted that they have already given a change of vakalat one year back and there was no one appearing in this case. The name of the appellant is printed in the cause list. No steps have been taken to engage any counsel by the appellant. As a last chance, the name of the appellant shall again be printed in the cause list and the matter may be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 10.03.2022."

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the name of the appellant was also printed in the cause list. There is no representation on the side of the appellant.
3. In the result, this second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
