ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw O.S.No.6 of 2025 from the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai for disposal. 1/4

2.Heard M/s.G.V.Shoba, learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no appearance on the side of the respondent and despite the matter being listed today under the caption 'for orders', even today there is no representation for the respondent.

3.The petitioner/wife, who was arrayed as respondent in O.S.No.6 of 2025 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, in a petition for dissolution of the marriage filed by the respondent/husband, has come up with the present revision for transfer of the proceedings. 4.The petitioner is a resident of Chennai and has expressed inconvenience to travel all the way to Coimbatore to attend the hearing and the petitioner has made out good ground for transfer as prayed for. 5.In the light of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in O.S.No.6 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the file of the 2/4

Principal Family Court, Chennai. The Principal Family Judge, Chennai, is directed to take up O.S.No.6 of 2025 on its own file or assign it to any of the other Additional Family Courts, subject to the pendency of cases before the Family Courts at Chennai.
