[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the detention order passed in C2/3773/2017 dated 08.02.2017, against the detenu by name, Devaraji, S/o.Murugesan, residing at Mariamman Koil Street, Siruvadi Village, Marakkanam Taluk, Villupuram District and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that by virtue of G.O.Rt.No.1356 dated 20.03.2017, the Detention Order in question has been revoked and a copy of the same has been submitted, wherein it is clearly stated that the Detention Order in question has been revoked.

3. Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

4. In fine, this petition is dismissed.
