Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

Adverting to support affidavit, Mr. K. Balu, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, assisted by Mr.C.Karthikeyan, learned counsel, submits that the nature of writ petitioners' grievance is common and hence, the present WMP. 4.
